The Twenty-One Encoder

First introduced last year, the Twenty-One Encoder now offers full encoding and decoding capabilities, enabling you to bridge IP-based workflows without juggling multiple converters. Built on the same flexible software engine powering our other solutions, the Twenty-One Encoder:

• Supports ST-2110 with NMOS for both ingest and output.
• Integrates smoothly with NDI, SRT, RTMP, MPEG-TS, JPEG-XS TR-07, JPEG2000 TR-01 and more.
• Provides resolution up/down conversion, audio channel remapping, and progressive <> interlaced conversion.
• Scales up to 16 simultaneous HD pipelines, depending on codecs and configurations.
• Allows you to maintain pure IP workflows with minimal additional infrastructure.

ST-2110 Encoding & Decoding

As broadcasters continue to transition to IP-based workflows, the ST-2110 standard has become the backbone of modern video transport. Comprimato’s Twenty-One Encoder ensures seamless, high-quality encoding that fully supports SMPTE 2110, offering precise, low-latency video streaming with full interoperability across industry-leading IP infrastructures. The Twenty-One Encoder helps you:

• Bridge ST-2110 with NDI, SRT, or RTMP in one appliance—no need for SDI round-trips.
• Encode or Decode JPEG-XS TR-07 signals for live production, OB trucks, or remote workflows.
