Sales Representative • Account Manager

What do Walt Disney, Netflix, IMAX, and ESPN – the most prominent sports television station have in common? They use our streaming software. And you can participate in it as we are looking for a Sales Representative · Account Manager.

Responsibilities

The primary mission of this role is to define how Comprimato sales interact and support our customers and partners during the sales process. You will work closely with Comprimato’s leaders to set up the lead qualification, and sales funnel process.

You will be responsible for the full scope of Sales activities. Starting with active listening, understanding prospects’ needs, and analyzing if Comprimato can help address them. Moving to present the product, answering customers` questions, or scheduling technical meetings with product specialists.

You will be reaching out to the inbound leads and promptly following up with those who have inquired about Comprimato via phone, e-mail, and social media to qualify the opportunity and to provide them with appropriate information.

  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Support our partners and clients during the sales process
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Manage the whole sales process from lead to closing the opportunity
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

About you

You are well organized and diligent in managing individual sales opportunities, ensuring each prospecting customer is taken care of during the sales process.

The ideal qualification is:

  • Experience with B2B software sales; roles such as Sales Manager, Sales Account Executive, and Sales Consultant could be a perfect background
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales communication techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
