Currently we have 3 experienced people in the business development team, Jan, Mike and Milan bringing Comprimato to global market. They are just great but the business opportunity is much bigger they could handle in such small number. That is why we need the fourth star to the team. Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a mindset of an eagle and are you ready to start working independently from almost nothing? Can you bring us other clients like Vizrt, Telestream, Nokia, Technicolor? Come and prove it!      

Responsibilities

To sell Comprimato Storage compression and Video transcoding devices / solutions to Media & Entertainment market in USA West Coast or East Coast and increase penetration in this marketplace. Aggressively attack existing market with better offer and develop sales strategy for the Storage compression and Video transcoding devices / solutions.

Outcomes:

  • Acquire new customer worth million $ per year
  • Increase number of customers in M&E - 18 new customers
  • Define clear strategy for Storage compression and Video transcoding devices / solutions (against current competition)
  • Overtake clients from our competitors
  • 10 new qualified leads per month
  • Maintain CRM forecast with 85% accuracy

Skills

We are looking for an energetic sales professional who would love to be a part of a local high-tech startup with global impact. We expect the new colleague to have a technical sales experience and clear understanding of how business strategies for international IT market should be developed. He/she is a great listener with analytical skills to be able to find and clearly explain the reason why the client should be more than happy to cooperate with us. This person is a natural and trustworthy influencer with the competence to fearlessly negotiate deals with the world's largest corporations as well as small-medium enterprises. He/she is a passionate hunter whose main target is to close a good deal. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years experience selling towards M&E companies direct / in-direct and proven track record in new business complex software - IT storage sales.
